Italy

Postal employees demonstrate on June 3: employees of Poste Italiane will demonstrate in Rome at 11 am local time on June 3 against a planned reorganisation. The delivery of letters and parcels is likely to be interrupted on that day.
San Marino – back to normal

The designated operator of San Marino, Poste San Marino, informs that the strike action taken by Poste San Marino employees has ended.

Colombia

Adverse weather affects road traffic: heavy rainfall has caused widespread flooding and landslides across Northern and Western Colombia. Several highways remain blocked. Affected areas include Antioquia, Bolivar, Valle del Cauca, Risaralda, and Santander. Further disruptions should be expected nationwide as forecasts project additional rainfall over the coming days across much of the country.
China

Adverse weather affects flight operations: strong winds and rain have caused disruption to flight operations at Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK) in China. At least 690 flights were delayed and 194 flights were cancelled on May 26.

flooding following heavy rainfall has affected road traffic across Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces, China. The most affected cities are Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Zhongshan. The flooding is likely to continue as heavy rainfall is forecast for the coming days.
India

Flooding affects road traffic: heavy rain led to the rise of water levels on the Manu, Juri, and Kakati Rivers, causing flooding across Tripura State in India. Further traffic disruptions should be expected as rainfall is forecast to resume on May 31 and continue through at least June 2.

Philippine Post has updated that IT problems were resolved on the 20 May 2019. All outbound and inbound international mail operations are back to normal.
Mali – back to normal

The designated operator of Mali, La Poste du Mali, asks us to informs that the disrupted Internet connection, which affected the exchange of electronic data interchange (EDI) messages for international mail, has been re-established. The transmission of EDI messages resumed on the evening of Friday, 24 May 2019.
