Back-order Policy

Effective May 20, 2016

We accept “back-orders” on out-of-stock products as permitted by our various suppliers.

If back-orders are allowed, an out-of-stock product may be ordered by clicking the “Add to Cart” button as you would with any other product. Placing a back-order in this way guarantees your place in line for the back-ordered product. Back-orders are filled first before we take any new orders.

You will be charged for all items in your order including those on back-order when you place your order. We will ship the in-stock items immediately. Back-ordered items will be shipped when they arrive from the factory at no extra charge for destinations in the United States.

Since our suppliers can't tell us when back-ordered items will be shipped to us, we can't predict delivery times to you. However, you can always contact Customer Support at 435-701-1112  from 10A-3P Mountain time Monday-Friday except holidays or by email to: help@fsbulletsandbrass.com for questions about back-ordered items. Please provide your FS Bullets & Brass order# when contacting Customer Support.

For products where back-orders are not available you may click the "Notify me when in stock" button and enter your email address to receive notification when the product is back in stock.
